Twin Torches’ history actually begins in the future. Around Star Date 3333 to be exact. Time travel had just been invented, and after much discussion by the world’s greatest leaders of how to best use this newly found technology, it was decided that changing the past was of utmost importance.

You see, in the future there are many factions fighting amongst themselves over various important matters such as the value of a Frebulan Noranian, or if Gargulats should be allowed to marry Manowans. This fighting has destroyed any hope we have for a civilized society, and the beginnings of this problem began around the year 2020. So the idea for Twin Torches was born.

The name Twin Torches comes from the dual engines used on the Twin Torches spacecraft that resemble, you guessed it, dual torches that provide the power needed to jump through time. Only one such spacecraft could afford to be built, because resources in our time are used for wars, fighting, arguing, and general mayhem.

This historic flight to change the history of mankind was greeted by at least 27 people hoping for it’s success. The rest of the world’s 2.7 trillion people could not be bothered with such petty matters.

The daring crew set forth on this journey that took many years, and battled terrifying odds to stay alive and fulfill their mission.

Once back on Earth in the year of Our Lord 2020, they began the Twin Torches website and media empire to combat the misinformation and lies that are being spread at this time. A Never-Ending Battle For Truth, Justice, and the Earthling Way is the motto that we follow.
