United States - Charles Ellis Schumer, known to most Americans as Chuck Schumer, wants to hermetically seal the entire United States in a giant glass dome to prevent additional cases of Coronavirus from entering the country. The glass dome will also prevent emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases from escaping into the atmosphere.

Schumer stated that “The dome would be built by homeless people across the country to completely eliminate the homeless population while ensuring the safety of our citizens and citizens of other countries who are here without documents.” He has asked the Senate for an emergency appropriation of $27 trillion to begin construction of this dome.

During the news conference announcing the new project, Schumer was asked if the new dome would close off the border between the United States and Mexico, and there was a long pause. Then Schumer turned to his colleagues behind him and they conferred quickly before Schumer once again took the microphone. “Of course, the dome will be open on the southern border to help those who are trying to escape oppression and make a better life for themselves.”
