Des Moines, IA - During a rally with an attendance of at least twenty, Elizabeth Warren was visibly shaken when an attendee referenced an article showing Indianian Pete Buttigieg ahead of her in the polls. Senator Warren stopped the man immediately and started on a long tirade about that being her title, not his. “I worked hard to represent myself as an Indian, and no other candidate is going to take that away from me. He is not a minority, I am, and I think it is a disgrace that he would represent himself in that way. It is a clear attack on my heritage.”

The man who asked the question was taken aback and seemed completely confused by the outburst. A lady next to him pulled him down to whisper in his ear, and he seemed to understand, and then wanted to explain his statement, but Warren was still yelling and he could not get a word in. A campaign aide discreetly pulled Warren aside and explained something to her, at which time she immediately started talking about taxing dog food and how it would pay for her education plans.
